How Could You, Tina Fey? Everyone Knows Political Jokes In Washington Are Tasteless

Today I'm writing to thank Breitbart for doing a wonderful job reporting on things that matter to Americans by bashing comediennes Tina Fey and Carol Burnett for saying funny things about **gasp** politicians at the Kennedy Center Sunday night during the presentation of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. They just took it too far. Please read Breitbart's take, you'll totally see what I mean:
These adorable dogs, who possess an uncanny ability to
read and understand English, could not believe what Fey
and Burnett had to say about saintly politicians Sunday evening.
The Mark Twain Prize, handed out each year in the Nation's Capital, is generally a nonpartisan affair meant to toast the funniest people in pop culture, period.
This year, both the honoree and a key presenter couldn't resist the chance to get political during the ceremony.
The night belonged to beloved sketch comedy star Carol Burnett, who used the debate over the recently ended government shutdown in her acceptance speech:
"This is very encouraging. I mean it was a long time in coming, but I understand because there are so many people funnier than I am, especially here in Washington. With any luck, they’ll soon get voted out, and I’ll still have the Mark Twain Prize."
Tina Fey, whose impression of Gov. Sarah Palin helped the mainstream media marginalize the popular politician, got more pointed with her remarks.
"Enough politics. We are here tonight to celebrate the First Lady of American Comedy, Ted Cruz."
Ugghhhh. AMIRITE? Those jokes just take it way, way over the line. What line that is, I'm really not sure, but I know they surely crossed it.
Breitbart forgot to note that Tina Fey is an habitual
cat thrower.

As Americans, there's nothing that grinds our gears more than jokes about politicians. That's why The Daily Show and Colbert Report are have been exiled from the Emmy's and SNL, where Fey got her break, is a long forgotten ruin in the sketch-comedy dustbin.

Haven't you done enough, Tina Fey? I mean, Breitbart is right, if it wasn't for your "marginalizing" parody of Sarah Palin, the media would have decided against airing her interview with Katie Couric, or the vice presidential debate, reporting on referring to New Hampshire as being in the "great Northwest," or referring to Afghanistan as "our neighboring country," or that Obama has been "palling around with terrorists."

So thank you Breitbart, for saying what no one else has the courage to say. I know these things because when it comes to newspapers and magazines, I read all of them, any of them.
